If you’d like to send the order as a gift, please check This is a gift on the shipping page of the checkout process. You will be prompted to enter in the recipient’s name and email (optional).
The order and subscription (if your order includes a subscription) will still be under your account, but by checking this box, your recipient’s refills will be sent directly to them and the address will be stored separately from your personal refill.
If you’d like your initial order to be sent to a separate address from refills, please scroll down the shipping page and you’ll see in bold: **“Where should we ship your refills?”**, you can then select the option for **“A different address”**, then fill in the information below.
When you decide that you would no longer like to send refills, you can cancel the plan. If you had provided their email address, the recipient will receive an email letting them know of the cancellation and will provide steps on how to set up their own account. Gifted subscriptions cannot be transferred so whenever you are done gifting, you will have to cancel the plan.
If you would like to have multiple brushes/plans sent to separate addresses, either for the initial order or for refills, you'll need to complete separate transactions.
Please note- Group Sets are intended for people who live in the same household. We will not be able to split up the subscription and send items in a refill order to multiple addresses.
To use the my family feature in your profile:
- Log into your account
- Click "my gifts"
- Click "add a family member"
- Follow the instructions on that page
This feature will allow you to create a managed account for your friend or family member, with which you can purchase any quip you would like. Your family member will receive shipping and welcome emails and all refills sent to the address you attach to their account, but will not be able to access the account as it contains your password and credit card details
When you're ready to hand over control of the account to them, just press the "x" button next to their account on the "my family" page. The recipient will receive an email to grant them access to the account and take over payment for the subscription. Your payment details will be removed from the gift account.
