To cancel an order, you'll need to email us for help.
- Email email@example.com or submit a request by clicking “Contact Us” from the top right menu bar of the quip website
- Include the name and email address associated with your quip account or the order number.
- We will process the cancellation and email to confirm as long as the order has not already been shipped.
Please note that if you’d like to cancel a refill order, canceling a plan will not automatically cancel a pending order. You will still need to contact us directly using the steps above.
Store orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from from the order date. While we do our best to answer all cancellation requests as quickly as possible, due to our quick processing times we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order after it has been placed.
