Store orders are processed for shipment within 1 hour from the time of purchase. While we do our best to answer all cancellation requests as quickly as possible, due to our order volume and quick processing times, we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order after it has been placed, even if contacted within this timeframe.
Please note we cannot make any edits to the contents of an order once it has been placed.
To cancel an order, you'll need to email us for help.
- To ensure the fastest response time, please refer to your order confirmation email and click the green “Edit Your Order” button to send us your request. This is the preferred way to send any cancel or change requests.
- You can also contact us for help. Include the name and email address associated with your quip account or the order number.
- We will process the cancellation and email to confirm as long as the order has not already been shipped.
If you’d like to cancel a refill order, you will still need to contact us directly using the steps above. Canceling a plan will not automatically cancel a pending order.
