To cancel an order, you'll need to email us for help.
- To ensure the fastest response time, please refer to your order confirmation email and click the green “Edit Your Order” button to send us your request. This is the preferred way to send any cancel or change requests.
- You can also contact us for help. Include the name and email address associated with your quip account or the order number.
- We will process the cancellation and email to confirm as long as the order has not already been shipped.
Please note that if you’d like to cancel a refill order, canceling a plan will not automatically cancel a pending order. You will still need to contact us directly using the steps above.
Store orders are processed and shipped within 0-2 business days from the order date. While we do our best to answer all cancellation requests as quickly as possible, due to our quick processing times we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order after it has been placed.
