Store orders process to ship within an estimated 0–3 business days. Refill orders process in 3–5 business days. We ship out domestic (US) orders via DHL, and delivery is handled by USPS.
Store orders are processed within an estimated 0–3 business days from when they are placed. If we expect this time range to be longer than normal, it will be stated at the top of our store page or on the product image (also in your order confirmation email). Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.

If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment at email@example.com. After 30 days, we cannot reship [or refund] an order that is already shown as delivered.
