Luckily, in most cases, the situation will resolve within a few days, and your package should arrive soon. However, if it has been more than 7-10 business days with no movement, please contact us and we'll be glad to look into the matter!
In the case of international orders, the tracking information often won't update past the point of departure from the US. If you haven't received your international order 20 business days after it was shipped, we would recommend contacting your local post or customs office as the package will likely be held there for you to pick up.
Please also note, if you live in an area impacted by COVID-19, you may begin to see transit delays of up to 7-10 business days, most notably in the EU and UK. You may have restricted deliveries in your areas due to increased security measures, which would cause our shipping partners or your local postal offices to hold your parcel(s).
