We ship out all domestic orders via DHL, and delivery is handled by USPS. It can sometimes take a few days for USPS to scan and track all packages that have been received by DHL. Sometimes, a scan can be missed, which may make it look like your package has not moved for several days, even when it is on its way to you.
Unfortunately, once packages are out of our hands, the only information we have access to is the tracking information provided on the tracking site, and we are unable to affect the delivery date.
Luckily, in most cases, the situation will resolve within a few days, and your package should arrive soon. However, if it has been more than 7 business days with no movement, please do email us at [email protected] and we'll be glad to look into the matter!
Please note that in the case of international orders, the tracking information often won't update past the point of departure from the US. If you haven't received your international order 20 business days after it was shipped, we would recommend contacting your local post or customs office as the package will likely be held there for you to pick up.
