What if i lose my quip?
Unfortunately, we are not able to replace lost items for free. Your best course of action would be to order a new quip with subscription and cancel your old subscription. This will get you the best price, free shipping in the US ($15 international), and time your subscription with your new brush :) Please reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions.
What if my quip is stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not able to replace stolen items for free. You can check with your insurance policy or the credit card used to buy your quip to see if reimbursement is an option.
