quip offers a lifetime guarantee for all quip brushes that are associated with an active refill plan! For items not associated with an active refill plan, your quip will be covered until one year from the date of purchase.
If you ever encounter a problem with your brush, please follow the steps in our troubleshooting guide as most issues can be solved with a quick home fix.
If this didn’t fix the issue, please send photos of your quip fully assembled and fully taken apart (head removed from handle, motor, and battery out) to email@example.com and we will help you ASAP. Please make sure to provide the email or order number associated with your original quip toothbrush order.
Please note, this is a guarantee against manufacturing defects, not product misuse. While we will provide support and assistance for all issues, if your quip has stopped functioning or has physically broken from incorrect use ie. handling, refilling or storing it in a way other than that illustrated in your welcome and refill manuals and on our website, or from general misuse, we cannot offer a free replacement
What if I lose my quip?
In the case of a lost quip the best course of action would be to order a new toothbrush with a subscription & then cancel your old subscription. this way you will get the best price with free shipping If in US ($15 shipping charge will still apply if international). & also the timing of your subscriptions will be correct with your new brush. :) if you have questions about this please reach out to us through firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I've thrown away my brush or accessories away?
We, unfortunately, cannot replace any items that have been thrown away. Our help team is always happy to assist with any trouble you are experiencing! Please email email@example.com.
In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send back items for testing. If we do not receive these back, we will not be able to replace future items for warranty requests.
Only quip products purchased through our website and authorized retailers are eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. In order to move forward with warranty coverage (including replacements), you must have a quip account.
