quip offers a lifetime guarantee for all quip brushes that are associated with an active refill plan! For items not associated with an active refill plan, your quip will be covered until one year from the date of purchase.
If you ever encounter a problem with your brush, simply reach out to [email protected] Do not cancel your subscription or throw any parts of your quip away before contacting us as you will require an active subscription if past one year from purchase and we cannot replace items which we cannot diagnose in a photo or receive back if neccessary.
After emailing us, our team will assist with troubleshooting and request clear photos of your quip if needed in order to provide the appropriate at home fix or replacement / replacement part if needed (We request photos where applicable and possible to avoid you needing to send your quip physically for inspection whenever possible and ensure we can help out with minimum disruption to your day). Once clear photos of your quip have been received (if needed), our team will assist with the correct replacement to address the issue you are having right away, and a prepaid return label will be sent to you if items are requested to be sent back. If a return is requested, please ship all items within 30 days of emailing us using secured packaging. If a return is requested and we do not receive your quip within 30 days, this will void your warranty and we will no longer be able to replace future items.
For non-subscribers, we will cover your brush for one year after the original purchase date. The same terms as above apply.
Please note, this is a guarantee against manufacturing defects, not product misuse. While we will provide support and assistance for all issues for life, if your quip has stopped functioning or has physically broken from incorrect use ie. handling, refilling or storing it in a way other than that illustrated in your welcome and refill manuals and on our website, or from general misuse, we cannot offer a free replacement.
If there are any outstanding disputes of payments, orders or charges associated with your information, this will void your warranty until they are removed or resolved.
What if I drop my quip?
while quip is water-resistant it is not drop-resistant! The use of the Wall mount is also taken at your own risk. Like any material, or suction cup, it requires a good balance of conditions to guarantee strength ( being firmly attached, being on a completely dry and clean tile, mirror or glass surface, not being put under too much stress). So long as you follow these instructions, your cover will stick firm for life (and after being stuck and un stuck), however we do recommend you storing your quip above a surface that would make any potential "drop" as minimal as possible should the suction fail. (for example, on a mirror above the sink, on a wall above a shelf. Not on a wall, high above a tiled floor alone) Please reach out to [email protected] to troubleshoot issues that have started following a quip being dropped & let us know how the drop happened so we can get a deeper understanding of the sorts of conditions that future quip generations will be up against!
What if I lose my quip?
in the case of a lost quip the best course of action would be to order a new toothbrush with a subscription & then cancel your old subscription. this way you will get the best price with free shipping If in US ($15 shipping charge will still apply if international). & also the timing of your subscriptions will be correct with your new brush. :) if you have questions about this please reach out to us through [email protected]
What if my quip is stolen?
we would recommend that you report your stolen quip to your local police station to generate a police report form. Your quip is not covered under this, but your insurance policy should be able to reimburse you to be able to purchase a new quip!
What if I've thrown away my brush or accessories away?
