We’d recommend first double checking all shipping and billing information. You will not be able to proceed if any of the fields are not filled out correctly. Please note that there will be 8 lines on the shipping page, and all except the "Apartment / Suite Number" must be filled out to proceed. You may then be prompted to confirm your address after we double check what you entered.
Please note that there are 6 fields for billing, and month and year must be entered in two separate fields for your payment expiration date.
On the last page, please review that all details are correct and then press the green ‘Purchase’ button on the bottom to finalize your order. If you have a coupon to apply, please enter the code in the "Coupon" field and click the "Apply" button before completing checkout. You’ll receive an email confirming that your order has gone through.
If you are not able to complete your order after double checking the above, we recommend trying to place your order using a different device or browser, as autofill settings and caches may affect the form when it is being submitted.
