Please contact email@example.com to initiate a return/refund. So that we can help with processing your return as quickly possible, please do not send back your quip without first contacting us.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and can provide a full product cost refund if you are not satisfied with your quip! Please note, if you chose a package that incurred a shipping cost (A non-subscription item), we cannot refund your initial shipping cost.
To get a full refund (product cost), email us and we will supply you with our returns address and a RMA number to include with your return shipment using your own postage. We recommend noting down your personal tracking number and requesting a tracking receipt as we cannot refund for items that are lost in the mail and that have no proof of tracking.
If you would prefer a quip prepaid return label, we can provide one at a charge of $5 for one quip, $10 for two quips, and $15 for three-four quips. This cost is deducted from your refunded amount. We unfortunately cannot provide a shipping label for more than four quips and will provide and RMA number and our returns address to return your quip order.
We also accept returns of international orders within 30 days of purchase, but we do not provide international return shipping labels, so you will need to return using your own means. Please note that initial international shipping cost cannot be refunded, and we cannot refund items that have not been received.
We cannot provide prepaid labels for refill orders. For refill returns within 30 days, our help team can provide our returns address with an RMA number for your package using your personal postage.
