Our refill plans are fully automated to generate a refill order every 3 months after your initial order date and the contents of the refill will depend on the items ordered at checkout.
- To change the items you get in refills (for example, if you would like to add toothpaste to your subscription) you'll need to go to https://www.getquip.com/refills to order the new plan of your choice. Don't forget to go to https://www.getquip.com/subscriptions to cancel your old plan.
- If you would like to change the quantity of items in your refill pack, you can do so in your account here: https://www.getquip.com/subscriptions.
To cancel your plan, go to www.getquip.com/subscriptions. Then click on the three vertical dots next to the plan you are looking to cancel.
You will then see a "Cancel this plan" pop-up. Please click on this pop-up and select the reason you would like to cancel and then click "Submit". You can confirm by clicking on the "cancel plan anyway", followed by "accept" in the pop-up to fully cancel your plan.
To order a new plan, go to www.getquip.com/refills.
If you would like purchase one time items like a single tube of travel toothpaste or a travel cover, this can be found in the "Supplies" section of our store page here: https://www.getquip.com/store#supplies. Make sure to click on the 'Single' option if you would prefer not to sign up for a plan.
