Your order shipment status can be tracked on your quip profile page or by using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email (we’ll send this once your order has been shipped out). Here’s what to look for:

Enter your tracking number on the USPS Tracking Portal to track the status of your order.
Tracking information updates for international shipments may not appear after your package has departed the US. Our support team is also unable to track packages at that point. If you do not receive an update after 20 business days, we suggest contacting your local postal service or customs office for more accurate information.
If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment through our webform. After 30 days, we cannot reship [or refund] an order that has been shipped out.
Please also note, if you live in an area impacted by COVID-19, you may begin to see transit delays of up to 7-10 business days, most notably in the EU and UK. You may have restricted deliveries in your areas due to increased security measures, which would cause our shipping partners or your local postal offices to hold your parcel(s).
