Refillable floss is not waterproof, but a little splash shouldn’t hurt a thing. If it’s accidentally submerged in water, remove the dispensing head and floss refill immediately. Tip it over and allow everything to air-dry for at least 24 hours.
What if the refill won’t fit back inside?
The floss string is designed to expand when it gets wet, but this can be a problem if the entire refill is submerged for too long. If you are having a tough time replacing it, please contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
